The office of Willcox, McFadyen, Fields, & Sutherland was established in 1968 by Palmer Willcox in Raeford, North Carolina. With a combined total of over 76 years experience, our attorneys have an extensive knowledge of their field and strive to keep a family oriented atmosphere. Our firm represents the County of Hoke and the City of Raeford.
