About

The DRBA

Downtown Raeford Business Association is a 501 (c)3, formed by Raeford business leaders to give business owners a “voice” and “vision” for Downtown Raeford. The non-profit, membership-funded organization is under the direction of a volunteer Board. The board is dedicated to building partnership with the Economic Development Commission, Downtown Raeford Development/Revitalization District, City of Raeford, and County of Hoke. The DRBA offers members support and networking opportunities.

The Downtown Raeford Business Association was established as a result of Governor Roy Cooper’s Hometown Strong initiative. The project identified our community needs and assisted in the implementation of a focused plan to boost the economy and improve infrastructure to strengthen Hoke County’s core.

The Downtown Raeford Business Association produces the concert series, First Friday, bringing an influx of food trucks, artists, vendors, and patrons to Downtown Raeford the First Friday of the month 3 times a year beginning October 1st, 2021.
